Cranial Sacral Fascia Body Alignment
Prepare to be submerged into a highly vibrational, singular soul journey that will cleanse and reset. Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity. Joy offers professional treatment as well as her personal touch.

Vibrational Meditation
In this session as you rest on your yoga mat, you are guided into total body relaxation with divine energy, crystal singing bowls and essential oils. Joy also incorporates gemstones and earth elements to accelerate and ground the vibrational energy. Each meditation is unique to accomodate the specific healing needs to those present.

Chakra Clearing
Gathering all components of vibrational meditation, Joy guides you through clearing each of the chakra’s 7 energy centers found in the body. Physical, emotional and spiritual balancing will leave you grounded and enlightened.
Length of session: 45-60 minutes

Pelvic Floor Breath Workshop
This session provides information on body function and dysfunction, pelvic floor muscle strengthening and proper breathing techniques. Intentions of this workshop are to educate on the divine femine power within and equip participants with new knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere. Brief history and instrustions on jade yoni egg included. Closed with guided meditation to clear chakras and journaling.
The workshop fee includes a swag bag with journal and genuine nephrite jade certified egg fully cleansed and charged.
